A few Of Fallout Three Questions

Okay, so recently, I went inside tenpenny tower, and killed Everyone. EVERYONE. Should i have done this? Will it halt any quests? Also, how can I make alot of caps?Where is a good place to loot stuff?

Which are the best perks?A few Of Fallout Three Questions
If you didnt do the goul quest in tenpenny tower then yes you missed a quest.

As far as caps, having a high repair skill and repairing loot will do that.

There is stuff to loot EVERYWHERE, unless your a high lvl character theres no specific place with tons of loot.

And as far as perks it really has to do with what kind of character your building. (Bloody Mess is by far the most entertaining)A few Of Fallout Three Questions
Im going to answer 2 of your questions at once. The best way to make a lot of caps is to loot stuff.

The best place to find items is...everywhere ! Go around the wasteland, shoot raiders %26 sell their armour, weapons etc.

Go in buildings, pick up things of value %26 sell them on.
1) Yes you missed a possible side quest.

2) Scour everyplace you visit and loot EVERYTHING you can carry

3) Do quests
I'll answer one. a good way to loot stuff. before you do this, complete ''The Power of the Atom.'' then, kill Lucas Simms inside Megaton. take all his stuff, along with the key to the armory. there are at least 10 guns inside. another thing to do is to kill the caravan traders right outside the Megaton Gates.
The point of the game isnt to go around killing everyone...

Note that killing the caravan traders will make it difficult to find a place to sell loot later in the game. My first couple play throughs I did this only to realize that there is no one in the game with enough caps to sell all my loot. While killing caravan traders gives you a nice boost at the beginning of the game, it will cripple you later on. Repair EVERYTHING so you will have a few high value items, rather then a ton of low value items that weigh you down.
Choosing to blow up Megaton earns you a free room in Tenpenny tower, so if you're wanting to go that route, then you might miss out on that one.

The best way to earn caps is by looting EVERYTHING off the bodies of fallen enemies and then selling anything you don't want to keep.

''Educated'' is probably the best perk to get, as it allows you to spend more skill points every time you level up, but as it tells you, it's most effective if taken early on. ''Strong back'' is also a good perk, as it allows you to carry an extra 50 pounds of equipment. My favorite perk by far, though, is ''Grim Reaper'', which you can only get at level 20; basically if you kill an enemy in VATS, it automatically refills your bar, making you a one-man wrecking crew whenever you're badly outnumbered.

Hes right about Educated, with Broken Steels raised lvl cap you will be get 81 extra skill points. Almost another entire skill group.
