Probably not, unless they add a few tweeks to the shooting, and make it less glitchy. Then it may have a chance..Will Fallout 3 game of the year edition ...
The big question is how many critics will review it since only two reviewed Oblivion GOTY. I'm buying it either way though.
If it does not fix any of the problems with the original then why would it.

I'd guess a 9.0 or 9.5.

Rereleases and bundles generally don't get reviews.
