What does it mean....?

When your xbox turns on with no video on screen and then like 30 seconds after shows you the the three red rings?Beacuse I had the three red rings before (Who hasn't), but they normally pop-up at most 3 seconds after the xbox has been turned on.What does it mean....?

I know i have an RROD but its a mad stubborn one cuz i have tried to repair it soo many times but the same thing happens...

if it were a normal one, i would be able to fix it on my first try..



and the only sound is the dvd drive and the fans turning on but thats it, which is normal.
Well i dont know i had that happen twice to me and microsoft couldn't identify the problem
I swear Microsoft did this, I was just about to Buy a PS3 Slim....now i gotta buy an Elite =( lol
