Big problem with my account

Last month my live ran out and i had like 10 dollers on one of those mastercard giftcard things so i just usedthat to buy one month. that month ended like 6 days ago and i thought i would just go back toa silver membershipwhen it tried to take money out but for somereason i still have gold cuz they keep trying to take money off the card and i went to the Microsoft Billing web site and it says i owe them 10 dollers so what the hell do i do i also cant remove that card cuz i have no idea where it is.If i buy a 3 month or 12 month will i still be getting charged for that card?????Big problem with my account

Lol, you need to call Microsoft and tell them to stop charging that card. You could also go to xbox.com and take ur card off ur accountBig problem with my account
ffs i went to the site and i tried that but it didnt work and last time i called them they put me on hold for like an hour

I know it's very frustrating to call them, trust me ive talked to them 100's of times, but u just need to keep calling them and they'll keep ur issue on record and will get to fixing it. Please do it though, u dont want them to keep charging u like that.
