Hi I got my xbox elite 2day and bought a few games to start ( re5, gow2, guitar hero metallica and battlefield bad company )now I only want a good fighting game.and am thinking of dead or a live 4 ( Is that one of the best fighting games on the xbox or do you suggest a other one ?? )I already have sf 4 on the pc ( yeah I'm mainly a pc gamer and got the xbox with a cell phone subscribtion lol if I knew I would get an x-box I would have bought that game for the 360 as fighting games still are more for a console and a big tv )need help looking for a good beat em up
Buy Marvel vs. Capcom 2.need help looking for a good beat em up
BlazBlue is and awesome fighting game. If you like something more realistic try UFC: Undisputed, you gonna get so addicted to the game. ;)
dead or alive 4 might be the best choice as its cheap only $20 and its probably the only 360 fighting game where the controller doesnt cause gameplay problems. You could look into BlazBlue if you dont mind using the 360 controller or have a fight stick. If your looking for something causual then soul calibur 4 is a good option or something like fight night or ufc undisputed(not really casual but you know dont need i fight stick is what i mean)
Buy Marvel vs. Capcom 2.
that's a good I dear I have about 1700 points left after buying smash tv lol ( that game just brings back memories of the genisis :) )blazblue looks nice 2 (does it have a lot of moves ?? )but mainly thinking of a 3d fighter and tekken 6 is also commingargh to many games I want to buy and spend a awful lot of money in just 2 days lol

Each character in Blazblue has a short movelist compared to 3D fighting games, but it's all about chaining smaller moves into long combos. it's a great fighter, but not too newcomer-friendly. i still suggest getting it ASAP.
Soul Calibur IV is your best bet for 3D fighting. it's easy for casuals to pick up and has a ridiculous amount of depth for hardcore fighting fans. Dead or Alive 4 is your next best 3D fighter until Tekken 6, though DOA4's difficulty is also something to consider.
I have doa 3 on my huge old chunky xbox and liked it a lot ( havent played tekken since my playstation 1 so tekken 3 was the last I played )so I don't know how 6 will turn out and what I like better ( I think doa is better then the soul calibur series at least on the older generation consoles )but I liked the play stile of tekken to with the contols on the ps1 but don't know how that will be on the xbox 360dang why arent the games cheaper :S then I could get em allllllllllllllll lol
but bazblue looks nice to will probably get that one later ( does it have a lot of characters ?? )

Dead or Alive 4 is actually pretty cheap today if you can find it used. Soul Calibur IV definitely isn't $60 today and Blazblue is only $50 ($60 for collector's). it's still a lot of money, so take your pick. whichever way you go, you can't go wrong

Blazblue only has 12 characters, but that's actually pretty good for the start of a new series, not to mention that all of them are completely unique. No clone characters or pallette-swaps. it's pretty small compared to other fighting games, but most fighting games today are sequels which gave them time to make new characters and bring back a buttload of old ones
I agree with Haku, UFC is the msot addicting and best fighting game in my oppinion, i also like fight night 3 a lot too, Dead or Alive also good hahaha.
I'd go with Dead Or Alive 4 - You've got pretty girl fighters, a loyal fanbase, I think it has pretty good online play if I'm not mistaken, and you can have it all for like $15.00.

My suggestion would be DOA 4 if you like the DOA series better than the SoulCalibur. I love the Soul Calibur series, but would be one of the first to admit that this isn't the best one (SC2 is IMO). Tekken 6 looks pretty good. But knwing some of the people on this site, someone will snitch and this thread will be locked by a mod momentarily.
