A question about buying games on Ebay an ...

I am currently planning on buying the new kickass Batman Arkham Asylum and games are so much cheaper to buy from US than in retail stores here in Sweden. We are talking about 30-40$. Been browsing through ebay mainly and was wondering, to all of those here that has bought games there that if a game is located in Hong Kong and it says they are compatible with all kinds of XBox, as in, it accepts both Pal and NTSC machines, is the game not legal then? And if you have bought from Hong Kong, have you had any problems with the game?A question about buying games on Ebay an ...
well i think that not all games are region locked so it might be legit but you should look into it because ebay does have alot of scammers.A question about buying games on Ebay an ...
absolutely make sure that the region codes work for your console. that's really the only big thing you should worry about. some games are region locked, some are not, but it's better to be safe on this one so if it accepts all regions, then that's good news. It's not illegal to buy a game that's from a different region. it just means that certain region-coded games won't work with an Xbox outside of that region.

on places like eBay, check the seller profile and see if there's a good amount of people that are satisfied with the seller and you should be fine. However, since you're buying from Hong Kong, you'd be importing, so you might want to check up with Sweden's importing policies and whatnot.
Thanks for all the suggestions. I guess I will go on and buy it and hope for the best. I have heard that paypal have a pretty good customer protection if I end up getting a bootleg or something.
