Horizontal lines going across television ...

Well, have you ever seen any of those videos on youtube and their tv's have these horizontal lines going across it? That's my case.I don't know what happened, my X-box has been having issues lately, like overheating in aired out spaces so I had to put a fan to the side of it. I'm pretty sure it's not my Television because it has no effect on my provider (Dish). It was working yesterday, then last night it started occuring. It happens at the dashboard, it happens in-game, hell, it evens starts at the X-Box Intro, when you turn it on. Anyone know whats wrong?More info: If I let it rest, it works for about an hour when I turn it on, then the lines start going throught it. The lines are about half an inch wide and are blury within it, they go down my screen. I could post a picture with my phone in about 40 minutes.Horizontal lines going across television ...
Well, after resting it for about 3 hours, it turns out nothing changed:At the menu of Saints Row 2.
Barely noticable in the picture, but in reality there are about 9 lines in the picture whilst it's only showing 1.Horizontal lines going across television ...
