WWII stuff like the standard infantry outfits, Helmets, maybe a weapon like a thompson, and a remote control airplane prop.
Sports team jerseys. Like NBA, FIFA, MLB, NFL rewards could be team jerseys.
I磀 like to see something from Fallout 3, a Pip-boy would be nice. :)

That would be sweet. A Pip-Boy as a watch for getting the Vault Citizen Achievement...Brotherhood Armor would be awesome as well.

N7 armor for doing something like beating Mass Effect on Insanity or something.
Avatar Rewards for getting the same item in-game would be cool, like getting the Pip-Boy in Fallout 3 or maybe getting certain clothing in Fable II.
some more star wars stuff, not just the cartoony things. if they add a full body wookie costume that would be godly, hence my gamertag

Power Armor for getting Power Armor training. A box of gold bars for getting all the gold in Bad Comany.

An HEV suit for finding the old suit charger from HL 1 in the Orange box.

These are just some ideas.
i wouldn't mind seeing a football helmet and a football prop
