Yes, I've had to unregister a couple before. You have to call 18004myxbox and tell them you wanna unregister that console. It only takes like 5 minutes :)is there a way to ''un-register' ...
Are you talking about stuff like DLC, arcade games, etc? That type of transferring?
don't quote me on this, but I think Microsoft has a DRM tool to fix it. just google Microsoft DRM Tool and you should be able to find help.

The only thing they can do is change the contact info for that gamertag, but then you'd have somebody elses info under your gamertag and that's not cool. Microsoft has no solution for this so you're out of luck.
