I've only seen it late night on Adult Swim so far. There are still kids up that late but not as many as during the day. Besides Adult Swim's target audience is young adults so they're not really in the wrong for it. Some kid's parents just let them do whatever they want. Like stay up till 3am and bug me while I'm trying to play Rainbow Six Vegas 2. Go to bed already you annoying little kids, you need sleep, I don't.
