Fallout 3 quest help!!!

ther are two quests I need help on. it may sound like a lot, but I really need some help here.they are: Those! and Wasteland Survival Guide.where I am in both quests reuire me to go to the Arington Library. I tried to get to it, but there was a wall in debris in the way. I even tried to go around it by going to Grayditch in an attempt to get closer. but I sill can't seem to find it. :( can anyone help?Fallout 3 quest help!!!

those doesnt make you go to the libary. it makes you kill antsas for getting there you cant go through the city. go around it from the river on the east side or the watseland from the west side, either way its at the edge of the cityo and if you get stuck use thishttp://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_Wikiits the most usefull thing online if your stuck or need to know something

Yeah, I don't think you need to go there for any of those quests (could be wrong, been a while since I've played) but you can get there by walking around the south west part ofd the city and then make your way east toward the river. Watch out though, lots of bandits on the way and a big merc camp right behind the library.
